A very special scent that I hold close to my heart.
My dad, as well as my aunties and uncles were all part of The 60's Scoop. They were taken away from their home on the rez, and placed into "schools" in the city. My aunty told me that whenever any of the kids would hear "obushkudayang" that made them so happy because they knew that meant they were going home.
This heartfelt scent is a blend of orange, vanilla, and amber.
The label is a photo I took on Treaty 2 Territory, it's of the last sunset I watched outside my parents house before my Dad unexpectedly passed away; home.
